Ok, I ended it tonight. It says when you end to start on juices & broths. Since I haven't done it that long...I made some yummyliscious Chicken soup tonight & some fresh wheat bread.
I don't exactly 'feel' any different BUT I don't feal weak either. I think that is a good sign.
I actually feel pretty good considering tonight was my first 'meal' since Sunday night.
And now that I am thinking about it...no achy muscles either......I even had part of a chocolate chip cookie. PART of it, instead of my usual whole 2 or 3 or more!
I am not even craving chocolate right now either. Imagine that? lol :o)
