Breakfast Bites: Apple


I used fresh chopped apple this time. Still delicious!

Mix all ingredients, roll into small balls {I'm totally partial to hearts!} and freeze for at least an hour. Keep refrigerated to maintain shape. Feel free to play with the peanut butter measurements. We take these with us hiking, stored in a ziploc baggie. If it's warm, they can sort of melt into one big clump--doesn't affect the taste or flavor though. You can break it into chunks or bite off a chunk to eat. Haha.
