I've been eating way more healthier since I was scared straight. I love apples and peanut butter, including the trendy "apple nachos" but I decided to chop up the apples a bit more to create more of a salad.
Apple salad:
2 chopped apples
mixed raisins
dried cranberries
sunflower seeds,
spoonful of PB
(Adams All Natural Peanut Butter)
diy 'granola' (breakfast bite crumbs)
a bit of honey drizzled over
ETA: Since I have cut out all sweets and treats, the honey put this over the top in sweetness! Way.too.sweet for my palette now. For future reference, I would omit the honey all together.
