needle wool felting

We went to the fair recently and watched a needle felting demonstration. Naturally, we were an easy sell when he offered a kit for purchase.  This was S's needle felted mouse he made tonight. Isn't it the cutest thing you've ever seen?  He knew he wanted to make a mouse the first time he saw a mouse the man had made.  His big brother helped him a little bit.  I am quite impressed.

Birdy insisted on making he creation all on her own, with out help.  She made a *doggy*, btw.  Also a little dog bowl to go with it. Isn't that a cute 'creation'. ;-)  I can't wait to try something on my own...I'm thinking a little pumpkin.
