His turn...

Now it was S's turn to celebrate a birthday. We went to D-land & let S choose ALL the rides we went on. A few friends met us there, that made it more fun.

The former submarine ride is now a brand new Nemo themed submarine ride. We waited 2 hours, yes 120 minutes, to go on it. It was plenty of time for DH to go get us some burgers & fries for lunch...then still more time to take a trek to the rest room.....haha. I would NEVER wait in a line that long....unless it was my own ds's 7th birthday! lol

Yes 7! It sounds SO old. SO big....so grown up. No longer 6yo in 1st grade but now my 7yo going into 2nd grade. I'm so not ready for this.

It was much more crowded than I remember this day last year. It was very warm. The weather has been fabulous. Makes you remember why you LOVE CA! & a great reminder why there are so many people @ D-land on a Monday. ~<}:-)
