Breakfast Bites: Chia Seeds


DO NOT USE 1 TBS OF CINNAMON!
It should be 1 TSP (teaspoon)!
I actually did use 1 tbs and it was way too strong.
Just sayin'. You are on your own if you don't heed my warning. :-)

Tomorrow's breakfast bites. Now that I know the base {oats + pb + honey}, I can use what I have on hand for add-ins. Vegan if you don't mind honey. 

The thing with the chia seeds though...I kept feeling like there was something stuck in my teeth. Maybe paranoia but still.

Don't forget to freeze for an hour then refrigerate OR just place straight into the fridge. I place them all on a cookie sheet in the freezer to solidify the shape, then toss into a ziploc bag in the fridge. Then they are good to go.
