Breakfast Bites: Coconut


This weeks batch!
Hey--if you're not opposed to honey, these are all vegan. I do not practice veganism but for those that do, these are delicious and they work. Let's share the love.

As always, roll into balls or whatever shape you want and freeze for at least an hour, then store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

Depending on the size of your bites, they make about 24-36. Seriously!
I have to work hard to control myself because otherwise, I will over eat these suckers and then all health benefits are out.the.window.

Who am I kidding!?! These are my anytime-including-midnight-snack!
