TBN, are you calling to make a pledge today or receive prayer?
That's what I've been doing for the past WEEK! I was working the 'Praiseathon' (telethon) for the Trinity Broadcast Network. (christian tv)
It wasn't so bad. I chose the early morning shift so I would be home by lunch time w/ the ktbunch. (6am-12noon) Pretty cushy job for $11 an hour. Hardly any calls so I got paid to sit & crochet, visit w/ my friend Lisa & read my Bible!
I DID have to get up between 4-4:30 am every morning...have I ever told you 4AM does NOT exist in my world? lol There was no traffic so that was nice. We would leave between 5 & 5:15 & it was smooth sailing.
Kinda weird to get there @ 'night' & leave @ daylight. But it was nice. The other temps were nice, the place was clean. I'd do it again.
There were a few nasty callers...but it was NBD. It was VERY nice to finally sleep in on Monday morning though. I would get home around 12:30 pm & just be WIPED OUT! Like a zombie. lol But if I HAD to have a job...I'd like something data-entryISH like this! :-)
