I used this recipe as the 'base', since it was virtually the same & I had already made 'biscuits' for dinner & had plenty of mix left over.
I added 1/4 cup sugar to the base, then also w/ the cinnimon & sugar sprinkled inside...they are HOT out of the oven right now & look delish!
OH & I was using a mix of flours, whole wheat I think? Or maybe just unbleached? Can't remember exactly cause I had it all mixed together in a big tub, a bunch of diff types. lol They are a tad bit crumbly & definitely biscuitISH, center still doughY but not as much as regular dough. Could have done w/o adding the sugar IN the mix, pretty sweet! But EASY to mix up & roll out, & tasty too!
Everyone loved them. I will definitely make these AGAIN!
