More good news!

Dh agent sent him on an audition last week. First one she sent him on. He has been doing small jobs & work here & there that he had submitted himself for but this was the1st one from his agent.

He actually got a *call-back* this past Saturday. We were excited about that because it gives his agent confidence in him & his marketability. He didn't feel too good about it though. The casting agency was running a few hours behind, people left w/o even auditioning, we were tired so we didn't start the day off very well together etc.

Today he got a call directly from his agent--HE GOT IT!

He got a commercial!!!

Not to mention it was his *first* one.
I really feel this is only the beginning.
I am so excited for him, for us, for the future.

Right now he is @ an audition for a Spanish program. He auditioned for something else & the casting director called him back directly to audition for a different program. He's got an extra edge w/ the fact that he speaks *fluent* Spanish. There really are not that many minorities. There are but he fits a specific role, ya know? He's funny & he can play the dad role or the single guy role + being fluent in Spanish is such a bonus. It works.
