Your Prayers Matter, Momma

My oldest returned from the Philippines. He is the one kneeling, touching this little girl's face. They prayed for healing, she had a toothache-it was gone after they prayed.
What really moved me was seeing these young men, serving and praying over another child. They could have chosen any other way to spend 10 days of their lives, than in 90 degree heat with % 90 humidity, in a third world country.
Teach your children how JESUS is ALL that really matters in this life! Don't ever stop praying over, for and with them!!!! Speak life! Then understand its God's grace they really need, NOT you or their other parent. This life may feel broken...but the enemy does not and will NOT have the next generation!

They will lead the rending of hearts. This picture brings me to tears...you are looking at over 2 DECADES of a mommas prayers! WHO do you think packed that little boy's lunch of fish and loaves that was transformed into a meal for 5000+ other people?
Daddies and mommies fail, we disappoint and we wound...and you humble yourself, get on your knees and don't stop praying until you see the fulfillment! My prayers for this scrawny 4lb preemie (21 years ago) have reached the heart of a little Philipino girl with a toothache! Have reached the heart of another momma who's daughter was suffering. My son's suffering and prayers ministered to another child's suffering. Christ is with them all. He's connecting us with each other, across continents, countries, islands, cultures, genders, ages and generations. Christ's heart for us knows no bounds.
Be encouraged today momma and poppa...your pain, suffering and PRAYERS are not in vain.
